Monday, September 8th, 2008How about an evening of fine dining, relaxing in a bubbly hot whirlpool tub with the glow of the fireplace dancing nearby to help you unwind from your busy week. For dinner we are offering our hilarious interactive murder mystery dinner or a candlelit dinner for two. On the menu is our bacon wrapped beef tenderloin with Madeira sauce and sauteed mushrooms, Minnesota walleye and wild rice with walnut mushroom sauce, artichoke chicken alfredo and asiago cheese and basil ravioli. For dessert there is a chocolate decadence cheesecake with hot fudge sauce and whipped cream, turtle sundaes or apple crisp ala mode.
After breakfast, why not head over to the Glacial Ridge Winery for their 2nd Annual Grape Stomp? This is an all day event, there will be a grape stomping contest, prizes, food, games, vendors, live music, crafts and wine. The winery is located approximately 5 miles from our Inn.
