Today it is raining and overcast in Spicer, Minnesota and I am excited because Spring is near. My thoughts turn to the anticipation of seeing the first crocus peak through the ground.
At our Minnesota Inn we are blessed to be located along the beautiful shores of Green Lake on a five acre natural park like setting. My mother wanted my brother and I to have fun, and she knew I enjoyed trick or treating, somehow my mom informed the towns people of this American tradition and that night in the rain, wearing my witch costume that my mom had dyed black with hair dye , I left a trial of black bubbles where ever I went trick or treating, laughing and having a great time.
