It’s finally here – the Fourth of July Celebration!  For me this brings back memories from my childhood of the Spicer Parade and all the festivities during the day with the spectacular fireworks over beautiful Green Lake at dusk.  Equally important is to give thanks to those brave people who serve in our armed forces and their families.

If you have never been to Spicer over the Fourth of July - then this is your year!  Afterall you made it through another Minnesota winter and you deserve a fun getaway in the summer sun.Spicer Castle Inn overlooking beautiful Green Lake

As an innkeeper one of the most rewarding experiences is knowing that we  provide a place where our guests can meet new friends, enjoy great food, laugh, make smores at the firepit, read a book or put a puzzle together and walk the paths and view the spectacular fall colors.  Below are a couple of comments from our guests:
