One of my fondest halloween memories is when we were living in a remote mining town in Indonesia  where Halloween was unheard of.  My mother wanted my brother and I to have fun, and she knew I enjoyed trick or treating,  somehow my mom informed the towns people of this American tradition and that night in the rain, wearing my witch costume that my mom had dyed black with hair dye , I left a trial of black bubbles where ever I went trick or treating, laughing and having a great time.

Fall into fall

Labor Day is almost upon us, and with it comes shorter days, cooler weather, and outrageous fall color.
