Tonight as I am bundled in a cozy blanket and enjoying a steaming cup of peppermint tea I can hear the wind outside rustling through the leaves. The air is crisp and the trees are turning crimson red and bright yellow ~ fall is here!

John Spicer, who built this grand lake home in 1895 selected this spot for the sunsets and during the autumn season when the moon is full the reflection on the water it is truly transpiring. Only in Minnesota do the seasons change so rapidly, now as I am looking out the window I see the Amur Maple tree is a splendid red color and there is a chance of snow flurries Friday night.
I am excited for the fall season and the opportunity to introduce our wood fire dinners to you. We are offering 12 Pepper Seasoned Sirloin, Herb Pork Loin with Dijon Sauce, Chicken Breast with Italian Marinade and Shrimp Skewers.
