Our Policies
Guestrooms
Rates are for two guests per room per night, sales tax will be added. Guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages for moderate use.
Confirmations
To guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 25% of one night's room rate. Group reservations of four or more rooms, we require a deposit of 50% of one night's room rate to guarantee your reservation. For your convenience we accept major credit cards or personal checks and we provide a confirmation number.
Cancellations
We are a small family owned Inn and rely on our advance bookings. For a refund on cancellations we require a $20 processing fee per room, per night with a seven day notice, thirty (30) day notice for three or more room reservations. After that time you will be charged for the room (this also applies to Gift Certificate reservations). We will provide you with a cancellation number. There are no cancellations due to weather.
Check-In
Begins at 4:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 7:00 PM., please let us know.
Check-Out
Is 12:00 Noon. Guest tariffs are paid following breakfast on your day of departure.
Phone
We provide phone service in our office during normal business hours.
Afternoon Tea
Is served from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. This is an opportunity to meet other guests, and find out about any special events in the area.
Four-Course Breakfast
Breakfast of juice, fresh fruit, homemade muffins, coffeecake, a main entree and our special coffee is included in the room rate and served at 9:00 am. Coffee and tea are available at 7:30 am. Special dietary requirements are met with advance notice.
Rates are subject to change. No smoking.
To provide a getaway for our guests, children and pets are not allowed.
