Minnesota bed and breakfast

This cozy room has a balcony overlooking the lake. Furnishings include a white iron and brass queen bed, table and favorite rocking chair. Called "Bunny" by her friends, Ruth was an early home economics and advertising writer, famous for her love of flowers, her cuisine and her hospitality. She helped housewives get acquainted with gas instead of wood stoves with an ad agency she and her husband founded. Bathroom features claw foot tub and shower. Ruth was the daughter of John Spicer.

Rates

$121 per night. In July and August, Friday and Saturday are $141 per night. Rates are for two guests per room per night and 6.5% sales tax will be added.
