Main Inn:
• Agnes' Room Viewing the perennial gardens and woods to the southeast, this soft ivory room features a claw foot tub with shower where you can soak and view the lake and grounds. Furnishings include a white iron and brass queen bed along with a rocking chair. Agnes was a serious artist and enjoyed a full life. Some of her art and photos of her family in New York, Virginia and Costa Rica add perspective to her joy of life. Agnes is the daughter of John Spicer.

• Amy's Room Looks out over the gardens, woods, and lagoon. This room is bright with the sun that Amy caught in her impressionist paintings as seen throughout the home. A light hued oak headboard decorates the queen bed. An oak rocking chair, wicker desk and chair, along with a claw foot tub and shower that sits on a pedestal add to the pleasure of your stay. The room opens onto a balcony where morning coffee or afternoon beverages can be enjoyed. Amy is the daughter of John Spicer.

• Eunice's Room Fourteen windows make this room part of the yard and grounds and lightens the spirit of this warm stained wainscoting room with its swinging queen bed. Eunice’s sense of freedom and love of green as reflected in her artwork add a special feeling. Her romance with the Spicer Castle largely accounts for its remarkable preservation. Double whirlpool tub with shower. Eunice is the daughter of John Spicer.

• Frances' Room The morning sun brightens this spacious cashmere white room with green and gold accents and triple French windows, which provide a grand overview of gardens and woods. Originally the master bedroom with king or twin iron brass beds, mahogany vanity, wicker reading chair and talbe with chairs are there for your comfort. Frances was the original artist in the family and inspired her daughters in painting, ceramics, music, dress design and the art of cooking. Bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Frances is the wife of John Spicer.

• Jessie's Room An ivory room where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake from the octagonal tower. A walnut spool queen bed with table and chairs, mahogany vanity and wicker reading chair add to the special quality of this room. Glimpses of Jessie’s life at the University, Cold Spring on the Hudson and after her return to Spicer are provided. Jessie developed the concept for remodeling the Spicer Castle in its present Tudor style while traveling with her father in Europe. A fortunate last minute change of plans saved them from returning on the Titanic. Bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Jessie is the daughter of John Spicer.

• Mason's Room A spacious room in majestic gold and maroon high overlooking the lake with a window seat for you to catch the morning sun. Furnished with a massive carved four poster mahogany queen bed and vanity, desk, reading chair and love seat. Mementos of his Spanish American War command of the County Militia during the Mexican campaign provides interest along with artifacts of when he was County Attorney and his stint as a rancher in Colorado. Double whirlpool tub with shower. Mason is the son of John Spicer.

• Russel's Room Lake, yard and woods are all viewed from six windows. Stained wainscoting, white iron and brass queen bed, a table with chairs and claw foot tub with shower, provide you with a warm feeling. Russel started three banks that helped develop farming and commerce. Russel is the son of John Spicer.

• Ruth's Room A cozy room with a balcony overlooking the lake, it is furnished with a white iron and brass queen bed, table and favorite rocking chair. Called Bunny by her friends, Ruth was an early home economics and advertising writer, famous for her love of flowers, her cuisine and her hospitality. She helped housewives get acquainted with gas instead of wood stoves with an ad agency she and her husband founded. Bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Ruth is the daughter of John Spicer.

Cottages:
• John's Cottage
This soft peach room features a wood burning fireplace, fifteen lace curtained windows viewing the lake, lagoon and grounds, a sculptured mahogany headboard for queen bed, wicker table and chairs, and a small dining table and chairs. Starting on a farm in Illinois, John later worked in a store and was a torchbearer at the Lincoln-Douglas debates. Moving to Minnesota he learned about business and farming, and became prominent in the development of Southwestern Minnesota. Cottage has fireplace, shower, double corner whirlpool tub, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Namesake of John Spicer.

• Raymond's Cabin
A lumberjack built this rustic log cabin with massive stone chimney and wood burning fireplace overlooking the lake for Raymond at the turn of the twentieth century. Table and chairs, loveseat, and loft bedroom. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. This is that rustic hideaway that provides the privacy and charm people dream of in a lake cabin. Laura Ingalls would have felt at home in this Little House on the Prairie. Bathroom with shower. Raymond is the son of John Spicer.

Carriage House:
• Allen's RoomThis soft tan room is accented with red and black, and features a double whirlpool tub and gas fireplace. There is a queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. This room is named after John Spicer's grandson and great great grandson.

• Emily's RoomIs decorated with reddish/brown walls and cream accents. This room features a double whirlpool tub and gas fireplace, along with a queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Emily is John Spicer's great great granddaughter.

• Mary's Room
This soft yellow room is accented with blue and green, and features a double whirlpool tub and gas fireplace. There is a queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Mary is John Spicer's great-granddaughter.

• Paul's Room
Is decorated with basket beige walls with dark green and navy blue accents. This room features a double whirlpool tub and gas fireplace, along with a queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Paul is John Spicer's great grandson.
Garden House:
• Christopher's Room
This room features a double whirlpool tub and queen size bed in a loft bedroom. Main floor has a gas fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker, along with a loveseat and other furnishings. Decorated in a patriotic theme. Christopher is John Spicer's great-great grandson.

• Curry's Room
This room features a double whirlpool tub and queen size bed in a loft bedroom. Main floor has a gas fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker along with a loveseat and other furnishings. Decorated in a nautical theme. Curry is John Spicer's great-great grandson.
Honey House:
• William's Room
A warm inviting room with garnet walls and toile print bedspread and curtains. This room features a gas fireplace, double whirlpool tub and shower, queen size bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. A table and chairs provides a place for games or dining. William represents John Spicer's grandson and great-grandson.

• Martha's Room
A soft yellow room with a green and yellow quilt along with a gas fireplace, double whirlpool tub and shower, queen size bed, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. The window overlooks the grounds. A table and chairs provides a place for games or dining. Martha is Allen's wife and mother of Paul and Mary.
